Abbeydale was opened on the 8/8/88 and was formally known as St Stephen's vicarage. This superbly constructed and very appealing Victorian property was built around the 1880's.  

 

Over the past few years it has been extended considerably to match meticulously with the original building, it now has the benefit of retaining the old character and providing up to date purpose built accommodation for the elderly.

 

 
 

Abbeydale has got many attractive features including a magnificent conservatory that overlooks the gardens and the surrounding area. The conservatory links the two lounges and dining room together, enhances the ambience of the communal areas.

 

The bedrooms mainly all Single en-suite, have been tastefully appointed with matching bedding, curtains lamps etc. and all have been fitted to a very good standard. All bedrooms have a nurse call system.
